We open our doors every Thursday morning 9:30am - 12:30pm to extend a warm welcome to any adult living with a life-limiting illness or their family and carers, and to those who have been bereaved. This is an opportunity to visit Longfield, in a relaxed and informal way, allowing you to meet some of the staff and to discuss how Longfield can help to support you. You will be able to :

  • Gain information and advice about the services Longfield provides and help you decide which services may best meet your needs
  • Gain information about how to access our services
  • Receive 1:1 advice or support with a member of staff
  • Discuss symptoms that are of concern
  • Discuss specialist needs in relation to a life-limiting illness
  • Receive information about other services/support groups that may be available to you
  • Receive information about our forthcoming 'Wellbeing Workshops'

No appointment is necessary.

These services are available to all those with life-limiting illness and the family and carers who look after them. We support people with many conditions such as cancer, COPD, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease and Heart Failure.
