Can you communicate effectively with system users and also deliver laser-like accuracy in data collection, reporting and analysis?

Are you able to work independently, confident in maintaining and using database systems and able to support others who may have little comprehension of such systems?

If so, you may be just the person we’re looking for.

You will be required to help maintain, configure and develop the use and functionality of our confidential patient records system. You’ll also need to run and format a range of reports, use your skills to help with clinical audits and be the first point of contact both for system users and for the external provider, troubleshooting and solving problems as they arise.

You’ll therefore need to have good GCSEs in Maths and English, experience of working with database systems, Excel and broader IT and analytical skills. You’ll also need to be a good communicator, both verbally and in writing, and to be able to work autonomously and to coach and teach others who may have limited system skills.

This role is subject to checks from the Disclosure and Barring Service. For any additional information call 01453 886868 and ask to speak with our Service Development Manager.
