The aim of this group is to provide information and engage in real-time social interaction with people who are in a similar situation to yourself. It offers:
- Opportunities to learn relaxation skills and participate in gentle exercise.
- The valuable chance to connect with others who may share or understand some of the issues you face yourself.
- A chance to participate in a range of activities that will help you to reflect on what is most important to you, and to engage in things that you enjoy
The group will be offered in 6 weekly sessions of 1 hour. Members of our team will also be happy to try and help with any queries that you have.
For those who are new to using Zoom we will also offer a chance to practice joining a group before the first session so that you can feel confident and relaxed about joining us.
