The aim of this group is to provide information and engage in real-time social interaction with people who are in a similar situation to yourself. It offers:
- Opportunities to learn relaxation skills and participate in gentle exercise.
- The valuable chance to connect with others who may share or understand some of the issues you face yourself.
- A chance to participate in a range of activities that will help you to reflect on what is most important to you, and to engage in things that you enjoy
The group will be offered in weekly sessions of 1 hour, starting on Thursday 5th November, between 11-12pm, and running for 6 consecutive weeks. Members of our team will also be happy to try and help with any queries that you have.
For those who are new to using Zoom we will also offer a chance to practice joining a group before the first session so that you can feel confident and relaxed about joining us. Contact us for any queries or to enquire about joining the group.
