We are seeking to recruit Healthcare Assistants to join our busy Hospice at Home service which provides end of life care to adult patients in their own homes.

We are looking for professional, empathetic and considerate staff who have experience in caring for patients with a range of life-limiting illnesses in a community or hospital setting.  In addition, you should be IT literate with access to email communication. This role requires you to have transportation to enable you to travel to and from patient’s homes.

This role involves working alone but with support of the Out of Hours District Nurse Team. You will spend the entire shift with your allocated patient and family.

Longfield is committed to training and developing staff.  This organisation is a provider of education and training to develop knowledge and skills.

Night staff commence their shift at 22.00 until 07.00 hours.  The Hospice at Home service includes working weekends and Bank Holidays.
