Gill was diagnosed with a brain tumour in Aug 2017 and died peacefully at home in January, aged 56. She adored Longfield and the fantastic people. She had made contact at the beginning so that they would know the ‘real Gill’. She absolutely loved the art/craft workshops, complementary therapies, chat, friends, and, if she wanted it, peace and tranquility. They also ultimately provided ‘Hospice at Home’. They will never know how much joy Longfield brought her and how grateful her family is.
