Presented by an experienced dietician, this 2-hour workshop explains the importance of healthy eating and ways that the diet can be adapted for people living with a life-limiting illness. It also helps to dispel myths surrounding nutrition and explains the fundamentals of a good, healthy diet based on research. There will be opportunities to ask questions specific to your own needs and hear from other people who are in a similar situation to you.
