We are looking for an individual to assist the Finance Team with a range of general tasks. These might include: counting of cash and processing this ready for banking; entering transactions onto SAGE and ensuring the figures balance; and agreeing and filing completed invoices and bills. Also, various ad-hoc finance duties under the guidance of the Finance Team.  

The successful applicant must have good computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Previous experience of using SAGE would be an advantage. Basic accountancy knowledge, or experience of working in a finance/accountancy environment would be helpful.

You should be able to work unsupervised and use your initiative where appropriate. The work involved is of a confidential nature and you must be able to demonstrate a professional approach at all times.

Ideally we are looking for individuals who are able to offer a regular commitment of half a day a week but we can be flexible.
