We can provide a range of support to people at all stages of their life, for people aged 18 and above. The aim is to help you to have control once again of your physical and emotional wellbeing, enabling people to be themselves, rather than their illness.
Support your family and other carers
You are invited to come to Longfield for your initial Welcome to Longfield session to discuss how we might help you. You can arrange to come for a programme of Day Therapy, or you can book hourly appointments for specific types of care. So, after an initial review of your needs and preferences, you can choose from a range of services, which are all free of charge:
We also have lots of contacts and links with other charities / healthcare providers who you might also like to get in touch with such as Parkinson’s UK and MND Association.
Please contact us to refer yourself or a member of your family (with their consent), or download a referral form in word or PDF format. If you would prefer to come and see us to discuss your needs, then try our Welcome to Longfield : Information and Support Service every Thursday morning, 9.30.-12.30.
