Come and visit our amazing sculpture at Gloucester Cathedral this Spring.

Visitors to Gloucester Cathedral will be able to visit our beautiful field of Forget Me Nots as hundreds of metal flowers will form a poignant sculpture to go on display in the cloisters garden between March 5th and 25th 2020.

The sculpture is a part of the Hospices Forget Me Not Appeal, with money raised going towards Longfield Hospice’s work in the community, providing hospice at home care, day services, counselling and support. Once the installation has ended, the flowers can be kept by donors as a lasting tribute.

Spring is a time of new beginnings, but it can be difficult when you are dealing with the loss of someone close to you. Remembering a loved one is very personal. Our Forget Me Not Appeal offers a unique way to celebrate the life of someone special – a wonderful tribute to their memory. And your donation to Longfield Hospice will enable us to support many more patients and families across Gloucestershire.

One flower will be placed at the Cathedral in memory of Simon Bruton, a much-loved Husband, Dad and Grandpa, from Minchinhampton, who died in 2019 aged 71.
