Tuesday 25th September, 10.00am - 12.00pm for six weeks.

Having received very positive feedback from the previous participants of our pilot Bereavement Support Groups, we are running further six week courses throughout Gloucestershire.

Every one of them said that the group had helped them learn more about their grief, to develop new ways of coping with it, to remember their loved one in new ways and to reduce their feelings of isolation. They said that it made them realize that their grief is normal, because others in the group were experiencing the same or similar feelings. Each of them said that they would recommend one of these groups to others who were in a similar situation.

Attending one of our Bereavement Support Groups is an opportunity for you to explore your grief in a confidential and mutually supportive environment, with others in a similar position and with a facilitator trained in bereavement support.

The groups are for adults in Gloucestershire who have been bereaved by a death from illness or other natural causes.
