Arts for Health Minchinhampton Wednesday 17th January, 3pm - 5pm for twelve weeks. Many people affected by life-limiting illness find that the arts are a good way to relax and take their mind off everyday problems. It's an opportunity to meet other people in a similar situation and use music, writing and graphic arts to help you to relax. Facilitators work with each person to find out what works best for you and lead group activities, which can be joyful and uplifting.
