Gift Aid- How you can help Donate Fundraise If you are not a gift aider, and would like to become one, please fill out this form. All you have to do is confirm you are a tax payer and give us permission to claim the tax back from the Government. For example, if you donate £20 we can claim an extra £5, making your contribution worth £25. It’s a valuable contribution to Longfield and means that we can carry on providing specialist care for people with life-limiting illnesses. If you have made donations during the last 4 years we can retrospectively claim this tax back too based on the rate of gift aid at the time you made the donation, as long as you were paying tax at the time. To allow us to claim gift aid from your past and all your future donations please fill out the form by following the link to this form. Every year Longfield provides specialist care, to over 600 patients and their families. By becoming a gift aider, you are helping Longfield to achieve this. It is thanks to people like you that we are able to provide specialist care for people with life limiting illnesses seven days a week.
